Tri colour beet salad with Frisee, arugula and mint finished with apple chips, goats cheese and lemon dressing

ENTREE

When purchasing your ticket, you shall have the option to select one of the following three options. 

Beef:  Red wine braised beed short rib served with confit potatoes, asparagus spears, roasted peppe­rs & wild mushrooms.
Fish:  Seafood paella with a smoked paprika and tomato broth, mussels, scallops and prawns.
Vegetarian:  Roasted vegetable and quinoa stuffed portobello mushroom stacked with roasted peppers, onions and zucchini. Finished with a basil and parmesan tomato coulis.
