Beef: Red wine braised beed short rib served with confit potatoes, asparagus spears, roasted peppers & wild mushrooms.
Fish: Seafood paella with a smoked paprika and tomato broth, mussels, scallops and prawns.
Vegetarian: Roasted vegetable and quinoa stuffed portobello mushroom stacked with roasted peppers, onions and zucchini. Finished with a basil and parmesan tomato coulis.
